Master the art of creating delicious rice dishes under the guidance of Chef Rafael León. Discover the secrets of cooking from scratch, starting with the preparation of stocks and stir-fry sauces, and learn how to cook a selection of recipes including risottos, paellas, moist rice, rice in squid ink, wholegrain and sautéed rice dishes, etc.
